The entire team at Lodge Brothers Thames Ditton were excellent and work with integrity and compassion. Alistair helped me through organising my mother-in-law’s funeral as this was something I had never done before. We sadly lost her husband, my father in law 5 months later and we did not hesitate to re-engage with Lodge Brothers. We wanted a celebratory service (non-religious) for my father in law and Richard conducted a beautiful service at Kingston Crematorium.

Dear Alistair, thank you for all your help in making the arrangements of my husband’s funeral. It all went smoothly and was what he would have liked – simple and dignified. Robert and the gents were really good on the day of the funeral.

I can’t thank Lodge Brothers enough for the service they provided when my wife passed away. Alistair in the Thames Ditton office was most helpful, discussing our requirements and providing helpful advice when required, as well as making and checking all the arrangements to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day.
Keith who was responsible for transportation to the crematorium phoned the evening before to discuss and check all our requirements were being covered, and on the day he was always available to assist and answer any questions that we had.
Attention to detail, no matter how small, seems to be the way they do business at Lodge Brothers.  This ensures that every customer is not only satisfied, but very happy with the service provided.

The whole day was a fitting tribute to Dad. On an occasion of sadness the day was filled with smiles, memories and sunshine. We found Dominic, Robert and all Lodge Brothers staff respectful and their organisation of the day was greatly appreciated.
