Dear Jane, Please pass on my thanks to the Conductor for taking those photographs and thank you too for sending them as they really are very much appreciated. There’s nothing I’ve asked of your company that you haven’t managed to help with (including time and space to talk); that’s made the process so stress free to organise compared with getting the will and death certificates sorted out!  I know you do some of this all the time but it’s the first time I’ve had to do it. I hope when I have to do my father’s funeral I can find an equally supportive company in the Folkestone area as I guess your company doesn’t extend that far!.
