I really appreciated your understanding of our specific music requirements and for your patience and helpfulness ensuring it was in the correct order. Indeed the Service went beautifully to plan and we even had sunshine that afternoon! Your Conductor Paul, who brought my mother’s coffin and welcomed us at Mortlake couldn’t have been more kind and thoughtful.
Thank you too for ensuring that the flowers from different sources were brought along too. You all made sure that the whole experience was as easy and pleasant as possible.

I just wanted to say a big thank you from all the family for your help with Mum’s funeral. It was lovely, despite being a sad occasion – the flowers, music, chapel. Duncan conducted the arrangements so professionally and respectfully, it was all very stress-free. Especially in these difficult circumstances, we didn’t feel that things were compromised.

Monday was always going to be difficult but the support from all of the gentleman on the day was outstanding, from the hearse arriving, supporting Alistair and I with the coffin and staying to the end for me to see the flowers – constantly reassuring me.
I could not have been happier to see Nick and Nick on Monday too, all of the gentlemen where amazing but having them both there to support too was amazing, given the care they provided the day mum died, and the way they helped me through the difficult process of taking her away.
