I always felt that when dealing with Jane that she had a warmth and a heart felt connection as well as a genuine interest in my Dad’s life. In practical ways too, she helped by suggesting ways in which my Mum could cope. Organising weekly visits by friends, structuring a routine, planning support groups and classes she could attend on flower arranging for example.
Thank you so much for your support. I am so grateful for all your practical advice and suggestions.

I wanted to thank you very much for all your care and support in the lead up to Dad’s funeral. I know Mum and I felt in such good hands during the very difficult and emotional process. We so appreciated your kindness and welcome every time we came in to see you.
Would you please thank Robert for me as well. He took good care of us all on the day and was so respectful and kind.
We gave Dad a wonderful send off, one he would have loved. Time now to grieve and remember him. I was a very lucky girl to have such a special father.

The funeral went very well, it was a lovely day, everyone there commented on what a lovely service and send off I had arranged. Please pass on my thanks to Mr Lodge for conducting and to his team for their professional and dignified help.

On behalf of my whole family, I would like to thank you personally and your colleagues for your support in arranging and directing my Mother’s funeral today. We all thought everything ran smoothly and your assistance in achieving this was much appreciated.

I would like to thank Jane Day for the time she spent with us, explaining the process and the choice of products available to us. We are delighted with the stone and with the professionalism of your company. Thank you.

Dear Jane.    Thank you for organising Margy’s funeral with such care and attention to detail. It all went very smoothly. Please thank your colleagues, especially James, for his patience in waiting for a few young stragglers and my grand-daughter being fed.

Thank you too for your introduction to Jan (we would not have coped without her) and for your suggestion for pubs. We were also very pleased with Sheila’s arrangement of the flowers from Elsa’s Flowers.
