I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Lodge Brothers who helped to make our final farewell to Mum a special, beautiful occasion.

I would particularly like to thank Jane Day, Manager of your Surbiton branch, for all her help in making a very difficult time flow so smoothly and for her kindness and compassion.

Also, I would very much like to thank Dave Toms, our Funeral Conductor. He called at our house on the Wednesday evening to introduce himself. To make sure that we and all the arrangements were all right. He was such a calming and reassuring presence on the day of the funeral and so full of kindness and compassion, he really did help me get through a very emotional morning.

I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to both Jane and Dave.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for your prompt and efficient service. The family are absolutely delighted with the headstone.

Dear Jane, thank you so much for the loving and attentive support you gave my Sister in helping her prepare for the funeral of our dear Mother. You gave our my Sister the day to day support and calm preparation and thereby supported us all in being able to have a happy and “just right” funeral day. Robert, your director, was marvellous. It was so nice for us to meet him at your office before hand and lovely for us to have his kind attentions on that day. We enjoyed meeting and talking with your colleauge who collected Jean from the Royal Cambridge Home. All in all, it is a massive Thanks to Lodge Brothers in opening a new office in Surbiton and you being there to run it Jane. We are very proud and happy that Mum was your first “customer” at the Surbiton Branch. I hope you all go from strength to strength in helping many future customers and families find as much happiness as we did in knowing she was in the safe and professional hands of Lodge Brothers Surbiton, before she met her maker.
