Dear Keith, I believe that all the arrangements were exactly as my mother would have wanted, and I should like to say thank you for your help and advice during the whole process. The professionalism and friendliness of you, Suzette in Uxbridge, and those attending on the day of the funeral were all commendable, and I should like to express my gratitude to everyone for their help in making the whole procedure so simple for me to deal with.

To Keith and all your wonderful team, thank you for making Dad`s day so special. Thank you for all your help and support  in guiding us through this very difficult time. You are all “Stars” I will always be grateful.

My Mother and I would like to thank you staff for their kindness and attention in making and carrying out the arrangements. We understand that it is part of their every day job but they still showed us personal concern for our greiving.
