We wanted to say a massive thank you to Libby for altering her plans and making us feel welcome when we dropped in to the branch, and without hesitation we started our funeral plans there and then. She was so polite and professional and we could tell she enjoys helping people. The funeral went perfectly, even when we called last minute to change details she made us feel like it was no trouble at all. She is a real asset to your company. Thank you again for your wonderful service.
