I just want to thank you and your staff for all your efforts in ensuring that my mother’s cremation went smoothly.  The actual day itself was hard enough to deal with but the manner in which your staff conducted themselves was excellent. They were always on hand without being intrusive and ready to assist in whatever the family requested. The cars were spotless and the flowers perfect.  I would also like to mention Judy Hyde as Judy made us feel really welcome and ensured any decisions made were ‘informed choices’ and the empathy that Judy displayed was heart-warming. It was an added bonus for my Sister & I to know that Judy remembered our mother from days gone by walking the dogs around Islip Manor Park.  My late Father was buried by an alternative Funeral Directors in 2011 and my Sister & I had every intention of using their services again but meeting Judy at the Northolt branch with her warmth and empathy plus the local knowledge made the choice to use Lodge Brothers not only an easy one but ultimately as the day proved, the right one.  Please convey our deepest thanks to all your staff and may I take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Prosperous New Year.
