I would like to thank you so much for all the help you gave me with regards to S*****’s funeral.
Initially I had no idea what to do, as I have never dealt with arranging a funeral. You gave me lots of advice and also introduced me to,Emily, your company lawyer and I would like you to pass on my thanks to her.
It took nearly two months to get the funeral arranged due to delays at the Coroner’s office and further delays at Barclays but you always rang to give me up-dates.
I feel you went above and beyond to help me and are a real asset to your company. Would you please pass on this e-mail to your Manager as they need to know how good you are at your job.

Hello Georgina, you took care of my Great Grandmothers funeral and I’m sorry for the confusion in the beginning, with me starting the arrangements, then my aunt taking over and then my Grandfather taking over from her. As you know my Grandfather does not speak much English so he has asked me to thank you and to thank everyone that helped on the day of the funeral. They were all very professional and looked after the whole family. Also please thank Alison at your other branch, who helped when we were preparing my Great Grandmother. I’m glad we came to you in the first place.

Many thanks Georgina for everything and thanks for letting my nephew deal with you. As you know after making my first visit to you I had a fall and was in hospital for a while, which is why Mark had to take over. You provided an excellent service and the day of the funeral went very well. Mark told me all that you did for us. Could you say thank you to the men who were there on the day and having to put up with me in a wheelchair. Again many thanks to you all.

I would just like to say on behalf of myself and my Mum and the rest of the family, thank you for taking care of Dad and doing all you could for him. Thank you also for taking care of my daughter when she broke down in the chapel of rest, it was the first time she had to deal with anything like this, I thought she was prepared but clearly she wasn’t. Thank you for your patience with all the family.
