Thank you for arranging a beautiful funeral. Everyone said it was a lovely service. It really did match, indeed exceed my expectations. I would like to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for seeing me through a very emotional time with such sympathy and professionalism. The minister was superb. I’m sure my mum would have approved of the service.

Thank you for all your help with the arrangements. I couldn’t have wished for a better service from all of the staff. Everything was perfect, absolutely perfect!
I especially want to thank the conductor – he was amazing and did so much for us. We couldn’t have wished for more.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that the staff at the Hillingdon branch are outstanding. Angela demonstrated complete professionalism with empathy and the staff on the day were very caring and responsive.

The Funeral went perfectly – the Celebrant was wonderful, and the men were just great, so kind and helpful, it couldn’t have gone any better – thus making an unbearably painful day a little more bearable – thank you.

My Mother’s funeral couldn’t have gone any better. From the men who collected her, the help that Gina and Angela gave whilst arranging, to the men on the day, all were professionalism personified’. The family realise that it was a team effort and really appreciate how everything was ‘Just so’.

I was over the moon at how Lodge Brothers handled my father in law’s funeral, especially as there were only 4 mourners, I thought it would be rushed through but was pleasantly surprised at how it all went. Thank you for organising a lovely celebrant (Shirley Miles) who took a lot of time talking with us and putting together a lovely service. Also thank you for supplying a miniature urn so my daughter could take a little of the ashes to plant under a tree in her garden. My family could not have wished for it to go any better.

My daughter and I would like to thank James Warren and Wayne, but also the rest of the crew for everything you did for us yesterday to make my husband’s funeral go as smoothly as possible. I commend you for your excellent work and attention in looking after us throughout. Everyone at Lodge Brothers is so great at what they do and I am thankful I chose to use you, as things could not have been any better.

We could not be more appreciative of the way things were handled for our father’s funeral. Duncan the conductor, the gentlemen and also Shirley Miles the Celebrant, were all brilliant.

I was so pleased with the way the whole funeral was conducted, from the arrangement with Angela to the professionalism of the conductor, Paul Britten-Jones and his gentlemen. I cannot rate Lodge Brothers highly enough. I am also over the moon with the donations received, I was not expecting half of what was raised.
