Dear Yvonne,
I just wanted to thank you for organising Dad’s funeral yesterday. It was the perfect day and my brother and I thought it was a fitting tribute to him. We had almost 80 people at the chapel! Can we particularly thank Reg who was wonderful – a perfect blend of kindness, understanding, reassurance and competence.

As you well know, this was a complete shock for the family and his friends, but with the help of Yvonne and the team, it was made that much more special to say goodbye.

Your team was excellent and made the whole event run like clockwork, and as an ex military man, as was Danny, we would not have wanted it any other way.
