I just wanted to write to say a huge heartfelt thank you for the wonderful service you provided yesterday.  As you know, it is a day that is extremely difficult to get through, with family members　not really able to think clearly, however your staff were exceptional in looking after every detail. Their respect, their timing, their guidance has been truly appreciated by the whole family. You helped to make the day, sad though it was, as perfect as it could be and we know that Dad would have approved. Thank you also for the support in getting the design on the coffin just right, and the flowers were glorious. Please do pass on my thanks to all involved.

My mother and I are extremely grateful for all your help and input, in making the arrangements for my father’s funeral go so smoothly. We shan’t hesitate to recommend you to others.

On behalf of the family I would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone at Keates for the support given to us following Mum’s passing. We appreciate the flexibility you provided to allow us to ensure that Mum’s brothers and sisters were able to say goodbye for the last time.  We would like to thank Mr O’Neill for his music, the soprano was wonderful as well. The drivers and bearers who escorted mum and the family to the church and cemetery were unobtrusive, dignified and professional. If I recall correctly I think it was led by Adrian , we would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks.
