We would like to express our sincere thanks for your excellent service throughout. You managed to make a very difficult time for us more bearable and easier than we ever imagined. Mum’s funeral service was lovely, helped by the vicar making it even more personal. We would also like to thank Reg for looking after us so brilliantly on the day.
