Thank you so much for all your help and kindness in arranging my Mother’s funeral.  Every time I visited Esher you were always so accommodating and I was delighted with the arrangements and the day itself.  The flowers were absolutely stunning and the team on the day were so kind, polite and respectful.  When I and friends visited my mother at Esher, Chapel of Rest, we all thought how lovely she looked – thank you Sandra.  After the ravages of her dementia it was very comforting to see her looking so serene with her hair and make-up done so beautifully in her lovely outfit and jewellery – she looked “herself” again.  Most of all thank you for looking after my Mother for the two and a half weeks between her death and funeral.  I always felt she was in good and safe hands.

Absolutely everything went to plan, not only meeting our expectations, but greatly exceeding them.  I even received not only a letter from Randall’s Park but also a ‘courtesy’ phone call to tell me that your firm had collected her ashes. The kindness and attention to detail shown to us, right from the moment that we walked in through your office door to when we finally drove away from Randall’s Park was exceptional and made what could have been a really difficult occasion, completely bearable. I shall have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your firm whenever I can.
