Thank you for your excellent work in making the funeral arrangements for my late aunt.  I would also like to recommend Malcolm Cook, who organised the civil funeral to any of your future clients.  I do not think we could have managed without his help, and the service was very meaningful and appropriate and special for us all in the service for our Aunt and Great Aunt.

Back in June you arranged the funeral of my father.  I would like to thank you and say how much we appreciated the efforts that you made to make it as easy as possible for us.  We had made it known we were unsure about a religious ceremony and you had suggested a civil celebrant, Malcolm Cook.  I just wanted to tell you that he provided a wonderful service.  He met me and my brother and really listened to us in the type of ceremony we wanted, we gave him our music choices and he got them sorted.  Via email and phone he helped us pull together our family memories for the service.  He was very kind on the actual day and led the service which I found to be a memorable and truly fitting tribute to my dad.  He has also followed up with a transcript of the service and a kind personal card.  I would certainly recommend him.  Thank you again.
