I just wanted to send a big thank you to everyone at Lodge Brothers involved in my fathers’ funeral.

An extremely difficult day for my family was helped so much by the guys on the day. Everything was so professional and calm and unfussed but we also felt that they really cared about what they were doing and that we mattered. The flowers looked so nice and everyone was great.

All the staff from the receptionist to the initial consultation and the people with us on the day showed us such care & kindness at this sad time.

I just felt I had to drop you a quick email to express my gratitude for everything that you did for the funeral of my father on Thursday.

Obviously this is what you do but you did it all so well. From our first contact with Tom in the Englefield Green office we were treated with kindness, compassion and respect for our wishes.

The cars arrived on time and all the gentlemen were so kind and well presented. Your staff dealt beautifully with everything at the crematorium, with such calmness and respect for the family leading us through the whole event so that we never felt at a loss of what to do next.

The celebrant that you chose was lovely and fitted exactly into what we wanted to remember dad, he was efficient but warm and kind and guided us though the service but never imposed.

The whole experience, which was difficult and emotional, was made so much easier by your professionalism coupled with the warmth and compassion.
