Yesterday’s church service and committal for ******** went smoothly and was much appreciated by everyone who came.　Deacon Aidan put us all at ease and conducted the proceedings in a most proper and dignified way. The music worked out very well -　the organist was excellent and Maria Kesselman has a divine voice which uplifted everyone. Also the transportation you provided and the additional people involved made everything easy for us.

We are most grateful to all of them and especially to you for putting it all together for us.

Dear Susan, Thank you and all the staff that looked after *** while he was in your care. The day of his funeral was made so much easier for us by Richard’s kindness to us all. It felt as if real friends were giving us a helping hand when it was needed most. There were so many personal touches, one which we all appreciated were the rose petals, a lovely touch. Everyone commented on the Church Service which was lovely. The Church was packed which was a tribute in itself to ***. God bless you all and thank you so much.

Just a word to thank you for your help in arranging ***** funeral. It was quite a difficult day but ran very smoothly. Your colleague who was there on the day (Richard Leachman) was very sympathetic, professional and helpful. The flowers were perfect and the music worked well.

Thank you Susan for all you’ve done. The guys were fantastic. It went well, as well as can be expected. The conductor (Robert Lodge) was very good on the day. He was calm. It was a big relief.

Everything went very well. It was very fitting. We’ve received good feedback from people who attended. It was perfectly timed. Thanks to Mr (Robert) Lodge as well, and to Reverend Andrew Taylor. The piper, Mr Robert Jordan was good. The (rose) petals (at the graveside) were a nice touch. It really drew the family in and brought them all together. If there is such a thing as a perfect funeral, that is what it was! Thank you for all your efforts.

Dear Susan, Richard and all the staff, thank you so much for all your kindness and care of my late husband. You made a very difficult time so much easier, taking all the burden of arrangements etc. On the day of the funeral you guided us through showing compassion and competence. Our deepest gratitude to you all.
