This message is just to express our heart felt thanks to all who contributed towards making Dad’s funeral and memorial service such a fitting tribute.  To John for his compassionate support and guidance and pastoral care in preparing the two services and for conducting the services in such an inclusive way, that acknowledged Dad’s quite faith.  To Claire and the team at Lodge Bros for their efficiency in organizing the paperwork and overseeing the arrangements on the day.

A big thank you to Claire and everyone at Lodge brothers for looking after us, we were very impressed with everything.  Thanks Claire for delivering the table decorations to the hotel in the morning, that was a really nice gesture to make sure they were there before us. We liked Robert a lot too.  Thank you again for everything you have done.

Dear Claire, Just wanted to thank you for your help in looking after us so well over the last 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly today and Keith was excellent – everything happened exactly as it should have done without us having to worry about anything or even knowing he was there! And your selection of Andrew as celebrant was absolutely the right choice. He led the service with dignity and sensitivity, and many attendees commented afterwards on his excellent manner, so please pass on our thanks to him.  I knew we made the right choice in appointing Lodge Bros the moment I met you, so thank you again for your compassion and advice in navigating us through a difficult time.

The day started off beautifully with the weather being so nice, **** would have approved.  Lodge Brothers excelled themselves and looked after all of the family so well.  The funeral went fantastically. Family and friends are still commenting on how well everything went, and that it was so nice to have everything so close by, the church, the crematorium and the church hall for refreshments. The map inside the order of service, was very useful for those who were not local.  Thank you for being most kind.
