I have visited the cemetery and am very pleased with the memorial – thank you very much.

I would like to thank you for the lovely send off you helped give my mother.  Your kindness and support on the day was much appreciated, as was the professional and respectful way in which the funeral was  conducted. It has been a very difficult time for the family but mum is at peace now and I feel she had the best possible farewell.  I would also like to thank Claire for her help in making the arrangements. She was extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my requests and any changes I made.

Just want to say that the day went perfectly, we really couldn’t have wished for better service from yourselves. Dad would have loved it all! In fact he would probably say let’s go round the block again just to get a longer ride! The motorcycle hearse was beautiful, and certainly surprised everyone. We noticed on our journey to the crematorium that it made a lot of people in Cobham High Street stop to do a double take.

Dear Claire,  Everything was perfect, thank you.  I have to say, from my very first phone call to you, to speaking to Robert at the Crematorium, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, (if that’s the right way of putting it!?)  You made that horrible part so much easier.  I was dreading contacting anyone at first, because I was in such a state that any ‘hushed’, overly sympathetic tones would have set me right off over the edge.  You (and Robert), however, were bang on – so good to talk to – just right.  I cannot thank you enough.  (and it was a nice relief to be talking about cricket at the crem!)  Many, many thanks once again.

The funeral went so smoothly and perfectly. ****, would have been very proud of you all. I can’t praise you all enough. I am so glad that you are in Cobham, it is very important to me that it is still a family business.  The memorial service in the afternoon was lovely, the church was full.  Service with such dignity, Thank you.
