Dear Claire, I just wanted to send you a note to thank you all at Lodge Brothers so much for handling *******’s funeral etc. etc. Everything went without a hitch and I felt so confident and reassured that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing even before the day of the funeral. I was right, you really do know how to look after people at a time when they are maybe not best placed to make difficult decisions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ******* would have been gladdened to know that you took a lot of the burden from us. My most sincere and heartfelt thanks to LumR’hrin too who is a fantastic ambassador for Lodge Brothers, who absolutely everyone warmed to, and gave a beautiful, touching and joyful presence to the day. Uncomfortable as it might seem to say, I think you may have a customer for life in the ******* Family now, which is so very reassuring as we move on with our lives.

Thank you for everything. It was beautiful, and excellent as always. We were all very well looked after by Robert and the men on the day. The service was a very fitting tribute to my husband, exactly what I wanted. My daughter-in -law who was the only person to visit ***** inthe Chapel of Rest commented that he looked incredibly smart. The order of service designed by Cliff Butler was beautiful. I have told family and friends that if you let the professionals arrange everything for you, then the job will be done properly.

Thank you for all your help and patience regarding our father’s funeral.  It all went far better than I dared hope, and it was a glorious afternoon weather- wise.  I am glad it is all over though, as far too much stress !  Many thanks to all at Lodge Brothers.

Thanks for sorting Dads funeral, it was lovely and we were really happy with all aspects of it.

Everything was beautiful and perfect. Thank you for arranging everything so quickly and having such patience with all of us. It was so important that the funeral took place that week for all of the family. Some of our daughters who were not able to see their father just after he died, were so pleased they were able to see him in the chapel at Cobham and glad they had the opportunity to say goodbye. Everyone has been so helpful and kind.  Father Rob – he was a good find.  The White Dove release was so beautiful and all the grandchildren were completely enchanted by it.  A very significant moment for all of us, the little envelope of feathers was such a lovely touch.
