A quick note to thank you personally and all your colleagues for taking such good care of Mum, as well as J***** and I in recent days. The service yesterday was lovely and Keith and his team were wonderfully caring and professional. Thank you.

Everything went perfectly, considering the circumstances. I was so pleased with the wicker coffin and the garland,  they looked beautiful and other people also admired it. The church was perfect and full, as the local parishioners also attended and said it was the nicest funeral service that had been held at the church for a long time. I wanted to give Mum a send-off that she would have loved and deserved. It was a celebration, which is how she would have wanted it to be.

We were absolutely delighted with the new headstone for my late husband, it is beautiful. We love the design. Thank you all very much indeed

Thank you for letting me know about the completion on the memorial. It looks very good !

Thank you for all your help over the past few weeks, we think you have been tremendous. It was a wonderful ceremony and your help and assistance made the organisation so easy and stress free. It is also a very nice setting in the Chapel of Rest and I enjoyed spending those final moments with him in there, it has really helped with saying goodbye. The location makes a lovely journey towards the crematorium and although we can’t thank you for the weather – it was so nice to see the sun shining – a fitting tribute as he loved the sun so much.

I will get back to you about the ashes next week and please could you let me know the end date for the tribute page as I would like to print all of the tributes and there is a feature on it that lets you do so.

Dear Claire, Just to say thank you so much, to you and your helpers, for making Mum’s send off perfect. We must have been a nightmare to deal with, what with changing our minds, but in the end everything (like mum) was beautiful. The sun was shining, the daffodils were out, so everything went well.  Rev. Charleen Hollington, like everybody, was so caring. Your professionalism has made the arrangements for Mum much easier for us to deal with. Thanks again.
