I just had to email you following the service yesterday – it was, by far, the very best carol/remembrance service I have ever attended. It was perfect. I loved the choice of Carols, the priest pausing after every name that was read out, I loved the lighting of the candles which I know we do every year, but to then change to candle light and to continue the service that way, made it really, really special – especially as each candle represented a loved one and with the church being lit by candle light, brought it home, how much love and loss there has been.
What you and Lodge Brothers do for your customers is amazing and I am truly touched to be invited to the Remembrance service each year.

Just wanted to say thank you for ‘looking after’ Dad’s ashes and for dealing with us so promptly on Tuesday when we were running late. I can’t speak highly enough of your sympathetic and sensitive manner helping us through these difficult months.
We were so lucky to have such a sunny day. A few tears were shed which was only right for such a lovely man.

During this hard time we’ve been through, you showed us sympathy and made us feel that we are not alone. The road of loss was eased because of your touch! Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. No words can express how thankful we are for all you did for us and our late Father.

I would like to thank you for your help with all the funeral arrangements. The sad day certainly turned out to be a true celebration of Dad’s long life with Naomi leading the service beautifully. Could you also pass on thanks to James and his bearers for their dignified conduct. James’ estimate of the timing of arrival was perfect.
