I write with regard to the funeral arrangements for my father.  I just wanted to say a very special thank you to Vanda.  When my brother  and I attended your offices to discuss the arrangements, Vanda was so patient and helpful in assisting us with organising the arrangements. She made the whole process seem almost painless with her down to earth clear advice. She turned what was quite a sad time for us into a bearable experience.  I would like to express my thanks to the funeral conductor Reg Bye on the day of the funeral who provided us with clear information about the proceedings and guided us through the day with minimal fuss.

Everything went very well from making arrangement to the actual funeral day.

I was very pleased with everything.  I have used Lodge Brothers before and you never fail to deliver excellent service.
