My family and I would like to thank you so very much for the wonderful care, compassion and help you

gave to us on the death of my husband. You will never know how much this was appreciated and the

help it gave us at such a difficult time.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the excellent manner in which you and your staff conducted the arrangements and the ceremony for the funeral of my father-in-law yesterday.

In particular I wanted to thank Jean & Vanda for their patience, help and advice during the arrangement phase.

I must also mention Darren POLLINGTON – the director of ceremony – who was highly professional but very kind and approachable with quiet words of sympathy and help on what was obviously a difficult day for the family.

The pall bearers were also highly professionl.

All in all, you provided an excellent service that was a great comfort to all.

Jean was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She made what was a very hard and emotional time for the family, a lot easier. Also, Darren was professional and respectful and worked well with the Vicar and my disabled mother.

The guys on the funeral were impeccable, professional – they were brilliant. The service was second to none, excellent from beginning to end. Everything was made so easy we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Thank you so much for looking after my husband. He looked very peaceful and was in such a lovely room – perfect.

Dear Jean, I cannot give you enough praise and heartfelt thanks for all the help and kindness you have given to me over the years, helping me with my parents and my sisters funerals.   You were the only reason I took out a funeral plan with Lodge Brothers because of you being so helpful and you are such a lovely lady.

I would like to thank Beverley and her colleagues at your Bedfont Office for making mum’s funeral as smooth as possible.  We were in no doubt that Lodge Brothers would provide a good and caring service and knowing Beverley was personally involved helped us a great deal.
