I wanted to follow up after we buried my mother’s remains on Tuesday and thank you for the excellent service that you and the team at Lodge Brothers provided.
We arrived at the grave site on Tuesday to find that not only was everything in place and ready, but the stone had already been engraved with mother’s name. We had not anticipated this as she had not yet been buried, but this unexpected addition made the day complete.
My family and I appreciate the quality of the work performed and your company’s dedication to outstanding customer service, even when your client is thousands of miles away. While it is unlikely that we will need your services again, I would highly recommend Lodge Brothers to anyone in need of your services.

Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful, Lynne wrote a lovely service allowing us to remember Ma, Tres, T in the way she deserved.

It was so lovely, all your gentlemen did an amazing job. They were so nice and couldn’t have done better. They put the flowers in the garden for me. The conductor was so good, too. Thank you

Can I just say a huge thank you for the dedication of you and all the staff involved with Mum’s funeral yesterday. There is no doubt that the service you give is amazing in every way. Kevin reviewed every detail and the day went so well, as it did with Dad six years ago. I believe you all go that extra mile to be personally involved with the family. The respect that Kevin showed by stopping outside Mum’s old house and walking in front of the Hearst was amazing. Having lived there for thirty years Mum would have just loved this act of respect.

My Father’s funeral was yesterday and I wanted to say how lovely it was, it all went very well. Tom and his gentlemen were so attentive and you have all been so good.

I felt I had to pen this note to say thank you so very much for your professional services and your kindness before and on the day of my Mum’s funeral.

The reverence and respect shown by your personnel who attended the funeral was exemplary and much appreciated by our family.

The solemnity you all exhibited in not only your actions but your words and conversations to and with us was indeed a comfort and very special.
