Lodge Brothers were amazing from start to finish and delivered a beautiful funeral for my late Mother. At a time when you are your lowest and vulnerable they were kind, courteous and managed every detail perfectly. This was particularly impressive as all of the preparations were made without any face to face meetings given the COVID-19 situation. A particular mention to Penny (arranger), James (lead on the day) and Richard (Celebrant) who were individually and collectively brilliant.
I would highly recommend.

Having never had to do this before I couldn’t have asked for anything better. In the darkest of times they were there to guide/advise and help me so much. I cannot praise them enough. Special thanks goes out to Penny, thank you so much, you made a painful experience a lot less painful.

Just to say a big thank you for your assistance in arranging our mother’s funeral. It went smoothly and the music and words spoken were just as we wanted.
Thanks to Richard and James for being there on the day. A big thank you to you for organising the OOS, that was very nice and anyone that has seen it has commented as such. I don’t think we could have asked for more, the flowers were also great. It’s a difficult time for everybody but your help at this time is greatly appreciated.
We understood it could not be a normal service but without your assistance it would not have gone as well as it did.

Our Mother died just before lockdown occurred. We went from having unlimited guests to 25 to immediate family only as the funeral occurred during lockdown. It was an extremely stressful time and Lodge Bros were kind and patient with us, striving to answer all our questions during a period of immense uncertainty. Whilst it wasn’t what we wanted for our mother, we achieved what we wanted in a dignified and tender ceremony. Thank you.

They not only arranged the funeral but supported me emotionally and gave my Dad a send off that would have made him proud. A special thanks to Penny and Victoria. Devastating circumstances made bearable by these amazing women. I hope not to be using you again in the near future, but would highly recommend to others.

Can you please pass on my heartfelt thanks to all of the team involved in S’s funeral yesterday? Especially thank to you for all your help leading up to it.
It was a very emotional day but a really beautiful service, music was perfect, the eulogy was read so well by Richard in a very personal way. The order of service looked lovely. You all did an amazing job and from me and the rest of the family we cannot thank you enough.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for today’s funeral arrangements for my Father. In these difficult times you conducted an extremely respectful and dignified service from beginning to end. Having recently experienced losing my Mother-in-Law, your service was exemplary and everyone has showed compassion in very trying circumstances.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for making Wednesday an easier day for us all. You have all provided a great service, Sandra, Dominic and Penny, leading up to the day, and then Andrew Lodge taking my call late the evening before, and helping us on the day. We all thought the willow casket with the flowers looked pretty, and so right for Mum. And your pall bearers looked so smart and were respectful to us all.

I would like to thank you all for the kindness shown to our family. In particular I would like to thank Sandra for her help with the arrangements. The flowers were beautiful and my request for silver handles was met with no problem. Thank you all for making a very, very difficult time a lot smoother with your help and advice.

Please can you thank the team for me on the respect, kindness and compassion they all showed. The service for my late Mother was done to her own request and I’m sure she would be looking down on us smiling. Thank you for the support you have given me.
