Thank you for the care and compassion you showed me when I was arranging my father’s funeral back in February. You made a very difficult time so much easier to deal with in terms of the funeral and your kindness on a personal level was so very much appreciated. On behalf of the family, I would like to thank you for all your care in making the arrangements run so smoothly for my Dad’s service yesterday. Please also thank the rest of your team who were also wonderful. From start to finish you helped guide us through the process for which we are all very grateful for your care and expertise.
We would like to thank you for all your help with our mums funeral on April 9th. Such polite, helpful and respectful drivers and pallbearers. Thank you also to Sandra for helping us with our many questions on each of our visits.
The funeral went very nicely from start to finish which made a difficult day easier for us, so thank you again,
Thank you Lodge Brothers. The funeral was superb, the way Victoria and the gentlemen walked to the church, everybody said how professional and poignant it was. Your service and Vicky in Ashford branch made everything so easy for me.
Many thanks to you all for the care and support given to our family during the arrangements and on the day of the funeral. We all felt completely at ease from the moment we met Vikki until we were returned to the house by Darren and Xenos.

Since the funeral I have had time for reflection, and for everyone of my friends who asked me how the day went, my answer has been the same: ‘If a funeral could be perfect, it was perfect’.
A very special thanks goes to you Penny and your team at Lodge Brothers for being a major part of ensuring it was a perfect day. From the first meeting my mother and I had with you, you made the whole process so uncomplicated. It was like you put a warm protective cloak around us – allowing us to hurt and grieve whilst you looked after all the tiny details.
I have no doubt that you must be a very special and caring person to work in a job like you do. You are perfect for it, and I quite understand why my aunt left exact instructions in her expression of wishes for us to engage Lodge Brothers.
I would like to thank everyone from Lodge Brothers Ashford for making such an awful time so much easier. The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful every time we spoke and made my experience all the better. Mr Martin Shaw, the celebrant was excellent and the order of service cards printed by Redeye were superb. The director Duncan and the other gentleman were polite and respectful and it was all much appreciated.

Thank you for Monday’s interment of K**’s ashes. Your memorial guys were so incredibly discreet and fast that the stone was replaced almost before we knew it was happening. The stone looks good too and reads exactly as we wanted.
Thank you for your help, not just with this, but all the way through the funeral process. You have both been tactful and patient throughout and made a difficult time less painful.
