Thank you so much for your patience and help in organising Mum’s funeral last Friday. Would you also please pass on our thanks to Paul and his team for their professionalism on the day. Their attention to detail was impeccable.

I am writing to thank everyone for the service you provided on behalf of my mother.  As with my father, four and a half years earlier, the dignified and humane manner in which things were handled, both the day we came in to arrange the funeral and on the day itself, helped us get through these stages in what is a terribly difficult process. The service passed very smoothly thanks to the efforts of Paul and the rest of the team, and we were so pleased that Lum’Rhin could officiate.  I would also like to report just how obliging Gary Denne at the Ashford Hockey Club was in helping us arrange the gathering afterwards.

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to you and the team at Lodge Bros.  You have all been so kind in organising the cremation service for us and guiding us through the mire of paperwork that was needed. This is the first time we have had to arrange anything in the UK for someone who has passed away, and we hadn’t a clue what was needed.  Your patience and kindness with us has been second to none.
The team in Hanworth, led by Duncan yesterday was lovely.  They were very respectful and gave us the time we needed.  A big thanks to them too.

I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to all the staff and drivers, especially as my husband is disabled & they couldn’t have done anymore for us.  The drivers of the cars were excellent.  They really helped me with him and his wheelchair, I cant thank you enough!!

Many thanks to the wonderful gentlemen that looked after our family at my son’s funeral, nothing was too much trouble, the service was excellent.
