Just a word of thanks for your arrangement of the Remembrance Service at St. Hilda’s Ashford on Sunday 15^thDecember.  It was very much appreciated by all the family members who attended.

Thank you for your phone call this morning. We were very pleased with the caring support and guidance we received from Lodge Brothers throughout the whole process leading to my Dad’s funeral. Penny, your professionalism and thoughtful care has been exceptional. Thank you.
Also, the family were extremely grateful for the way Andrew conducted proceedings on the day of the funeral. It helped transform what could have been a sad despairing day into a positive one. One of my daughters summed it up by describing it as a “beautiful day for a wonderful Grandad”.

I just wanted to thank you on behalf of us all and especially Dad. The way you conducted the service was just lovely really and I appreciate the effort you put into delivering my eulogy.
We returned to Lodge Bros after you dealt so well with my mother’s funeral. On both occasions I felt cared for and supported. I am grateful too of course to those people who dealt with us in the ‘office’, my particular thanks to the lovely warm and kind lady who stayed so late to allow my elder son to visit his grandad.
Dad lived with us and I must thank the gentleman who came to collect him, it was one of the most painful experiences but my daughter in law remained in the room and assured me they were gentle and respectful. I hope you all know that you have helped make the most dark of times a little more bearable.

This was my first experience of organising a funeral, and Sandra was, and continues to be, fantastic with support and information.

It is with great sadness that I have had to use Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors when my husband lost his battle with cancer. Dominic, Penny and Victoria have exceeded themselves. They guided me and our family through the most horrific time. They showed my late husband respect and dignity, I can’t thank Lodge Brothers enough for their help and support. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did with I’s funeral. Your kindness and professionalism made what has been an extremely distressing time for his family and friends easier to bear. I would particularly like to thank Sandra, for her patience, helpfulness and a chat whenever I spoke to her or called in – oh and for a lovely cup of tea! Once again thank you all, we know it was the right decision to come to you.
