Dear Mr Lodge, Following the requiem mass for our father  at Our Lady of the Rosary in Staines, we are writing to thank you and your staff for all your leading up to and on the day of the mass. The sensitive way in which both were handled made a difficult time for the family a little easier and we know that our father would have appreciated this. Thank you also for arranging the additional process of moving his body to Malta and to the funeral directors there. Members of the family were able to take the final flight with him, something which we think would have touched him

I feel I should let you know how well my family have been looked after by Sue, who helped arrange my Father’s funeral with a professional and caring manner. Richard and his team were very smart and attentive on the day of the funeral and my family have received a 1^st class service.

I can’t thank Lodge Brothers enough for the wonderful funeral you arranged. He was so well known in the community, there wasn’t anything he didn’t know about plumbing and central heating. Some people say that companies aren’t interested once you have done a pre-payment but this is not the case, quite opposite. The service was excellent and it is just what he would have wanted. The man that drove the cars was absolutely wonderful; all the mourners in the car said the same. He never rushed and walked around slowly to open all the doors for us, and when I thanked him he said that’s my job Madam. I just can’t fault Lodge Brothers.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the memorial work you recently carried out.  I cannot believe how good the work is for half the price I was quoted from another company.
