Lodge Brothers (Funeral Directors) have appointed Paul Bye as their Surrey Commercial and Operations Manager for the Lodge Brothers Group based in Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Woking, Cobham and Guildford.
Paul brings with him his vast experience within the Funeral Profession where he has worked his way through the ranks, obtaining his Diploma in Funeral Directing in the process.

Allan James ‘ Wag’ of Cobham travelled on his final journey from his home in a Triumph Thunderbird Motorcycle Hearse to Randalls Park Crematorium for the funeral service.

Cobham Branch joined in with other local shops and businesses to commemorate Victory in Europe Day last week.
Claire Nightingale, the branch Funeral Arranger, included in her window display a Union Flag along with some framed images of people celebrating and dancing in the street on 8th May 1945, Winston Churchill’s victory speech and some VE Day facts.

St George’s Day was celebrated this week, and Lodge Brothers branches across the region decorated their windows with flags and flowers.
Claire Nightingale, the Branch Funeral Arranger at Cobham, chose to include in her display some patriotic quotes from George Bernard Shaw and Benjamin Disraeli, a poem about England and of course the flag of St George.
