Musical Theme for Twickenham Branch Remembrance Window

With Twickenham branch having Kneller Hall on our doorstep, Pauline, our branch arranger, felt a musical tribute would be very fitting – and the Last Post immediately came to mind. The display includes the sheet music for the Last Post, along with a trumpet lying in poppy petals.
Also included is the purple poppy in remembrance of all the animal lives lost during the wars.
District Manager Victoria Kibble kindly provided a photograph of her Grandad in uniform who served in WW2 and we invite people to bring in any military photos of their loved ones to be part of the display too.
