Lodge Brothers & Wickenden Ealing at ‘Winter Wonderland’

On Thursday 28th November, Lodge Brothers and Wickenden Ealing joined the local community in their Winter Wonderland late night Christmas opening of the shops on Northfields Avenue.

Kim and Val (from Brentford branch) were joined by Brian Scott, a volunteer from Meadow House Hospice, to serve the customers who came out in good numbers for the Christmas Shopping evening.

We raised funds for our local Meadow House Hospice, with a display of goodies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate outside the branch, along with a raffle for a Christmas Pudding Cake which was kindly donated by ‘My Oh My Cakes’ of Hanwell.

Meadow House Hospice offers a high quality community health service, which is invaluable and highly respected throughout the Ealing borough. It offers free palliative care to those who suffer from cancer.

In total we raised over £323.00 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thank the community of Northfields for supporting us on the night.

We will be presenting Meadow House with a cheque in the near future.
