Lodge Brothers in Ashford’s Annual Remembrance Service at St Hilda’s
On December 15th, Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors in Ashford, will be holding their annual Christmas Remembrance and Thanksgiving Service, at 6.30pm.
This year the service will be held in St Hilda’s Church in Woodthorpe Road, led by the Vicar, Rev Chris Rogers, and will include the opportunity for the congregation to light a candle in memory of a loved one who has died in recent times.
The service, which was put together by Lodge Brothers District Manager Richard Leachman, will include a saxophonist piece, a soloist and the Egham Brass Band.
Richard adds, “This event over the years has always been very popular with well over 200 people attending, and I expect there to be even more this year. It is always a moving occasion and gives those who have been bereaved a simple heartfelt opportunity to remember their loved ones at this special time of year”.
