Kerry’s Keep Fit Kit’s Goes to Local Care Homes

We have recently shared some Kerry’s Keep Fit Kit’s with two local care homes Forrester Court & Athlone House where the activities co-ordinators Mercy and Cynthia have been delighted to receive and support their clients with Occupational Health and wellbeing, they have also been able to support carers to engage with the residents in their daily work.
One lady who was struggling with mobility has been empowered to follow the card instructions and is really enjoying her exercise. These kits are designed to be for one person to use and have a name plate and an individual hand sanitiser so are COVID friendly in these challenging times.
