Funeral Arranger Carol Disspain Continues Charity Collection Work

Carol Disspain, branch arranger at Lodge Brothers East Molesey, hit the streets again recently as she has done for the past 10years, collecting on behalf of St Pauls’ Church, Hook for Christian Aid Week.

Every year, volunteers all over the country carry out door-to-door collections in their local area on behalf of the charity.

Carol explained, “I’m always happy to volunteer for Christian Aid and this is now my tenth year. It’s a great way to raise funds and awareness for the charity and also to stay in touch with the local community. This year I was pleased to collect a total of £202.93 which was over 50% more than I collected last year.”
