In my generation of Funeral Directing, I can honestly say that the speed, breadth and depth of this latest global Covid-19 virus is like nothing else I have ever experienced.
Since 1780 Lodge Brothers has proudly helped and supported families at their time of need and we stand ready to help you now. During this time of uncertainty, we will remain open and our experienced, caring staff will continue assisting families during this critical time.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to those infected by this virus, and to those whose lives have been temporarily changed due to the recent changes affected by Covid-19.
At all our branches, the health and well-being of our families and our staff are our top priority and I wish to assure you of the diligence of our approach.

Losing a family member or friend is never easy. We are fully aware that these unsettling times can amplify feelings of grief and anxiety. We would therefore like to reassure our clients and bereaved families, that we are here to provide support and help begin the healing process.
Making Funeral Arrangements
We are committed to supporting bereaved families at this very difficult time and in line with Government recommendations, we respectfully ask that funerals take place within seven to ten days, once the funeral arrangements have been made.
If you have recently lost a loved one, or wish to discuss a pre-arrangement, our teams are here for you. If you are unable to plan arrangements in person at one of our funeral homes due to travel restrictions, health concerns or any other reason, our caring team can help you make the arrangements virtually via telephone or e-mail as well as the good old fashioned Royal Mail. Every situation can and will be accommodated.
