Thanks once again for all your help in organising Mum’s funeral – as you will imagine it was a very emotional day but all went very smoothly and Lynne did a great job as celebrant and we send her our thanks as well.

I wanted to thank you on behalf of our family for the excellent job that all at Lodge Brothers did for my mother’s funeral. From the moment I walked into your premises, and heard your French accent, I knew that we were in the right place, and Mum would very much have approved of our choice.
Your approach was just the right balance of professionalism, warmth and sensitivity – continued ably by Sally in your absence this week – helping to make the whole process more manageable and straightforward, with gentle reminders to make sure nothing was missed. The service itself went very smoothly, a reflection of the careful planning beforehand, and we can reflect on having given Mum a good send off. I was particularly grateful for the unexpected call from Xenos the evening before the funeral, thoughtfully taking his own time to introduce himself, reassuring us that the service would be in safe hands, as indeed proved to be the case.
