Dear Sophie,
Mum and I wish to thank James, the conductor on the 6th, very much indeed for his most courteous and attentive manner. His youthful appearance quite belied his quiet efficiency during the morning, and to the consideration he showed to the family and friends. The limousine driver, again rather youthful in appearance, provided a most safe and comfortable passage to and from Randalls Park. Please would you pass on our thanks to them both and the pall bearers.
I am sorry that it has taken me such an age to write this. Mum and I are still finding it very hard to cope but we are most grateful to you, too, for your great kindness and consideration in making such a difficult task more bearable. Thank you very much indeed.
