This is just to say that all went very well with the funeral on Tuesday. Your colleague Keith and his team were very good and looked after us well, so please do thank them. Hazel conducted the service with professionalism and calm, and again steered us through the service very well. We were very comfortable with her right from our first meeting. We were delighted with the flower arrangement and they were just what we wanted. Many of the guests commented on how fitting they were and how my cousin would have loved them.

I wanted to say a big thank you to you and Jackie for making my Dad’s funeral perfect, and for the support you have given my daughter and I throughout the arrangements.  Please also thank the gentlemen that looked after us on the day.

I wanted to say a big, big thank-you for all you did for D’s funeral. Everything was perfect and it was a beautiful funeral, with a 5 star service for my sweetheart. Lynne our celebrant was fantastic and the gentlemen on the day really looked after us all.

I just wanted to thank both Rebecca and Jackie for looking after all the arrangements for G’s funeral. Everything was organised perfectly. The first interaction I had was with Chris Lodge who was so helpful and reassuring. This made my mind up to use Lodge Brothers instead of the pre-paid plan that Grace had in place with another provider.
On the day Keith was amazing. I was very touched that he called the night before the funeral to confirm the arrangements for the day and on the day even mentioned that G’s teddy was with her on her final journey which was very comforting.  Everything exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone involved with H’s funeral. The ladies at Weybridge branch: Jackie, Sally, Zara and Rebecca have helped and supported me so much & have been absolutely amazing and the kindness they have shown me has been exceptional. Everything on the day was wonderful, Martin was great, Keith and his team, you have all looked after me and H so well. Thank you!
