On behalf of my family and myself, I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your kindness, advice, help and support whilst arranging ****’s funeral and for the professional and caring way everyone treated us on the day.  Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved on the day.  The driver was so thoughtful when he took a route and passed the Scout Hut and paused outside on our journey to the Crem – which incidentally took in quite a few places that meant a lot to **** in his Scouting adventures.

Thank you so much for helping us to give **** a “send off” he would have loved.  Many people have commented on it being a lovely funeral service.

Just a few words to thank you personally for all of your help, guidance and organisation behind mum’s funeral. I knew she was in good hands from the outset, everything felt just right from when we first met to consider arrangements. Mum looked so peaceful and ready when I saw her at rest on Tuesday afternoon.

Everything on the day ran seamlessly and please pass my particular thanks to Robert, it was an immense privilege to have a member of the family directing and Robert gently steered us through events so calmly, professionally and with such dignity. He has a wonderful eye for personal detail and skilfully tailored the day to ensure it was something very special to us, I am truly grateful.

You have looked after us wonderfully over the past few weeks, with decorum but without fuss or pressure. I could not think of a better team with whom to entrust the arrangements for such an important event. Once again thank you very much indeed
