Dear Jackie, We must thank you and all the staff involved in taking care of my mother. You all acted in a kind, caring and compassionate way. This was much appreciated.  The whole family agrees that the send- off that you arranged was just how she would have wanted it. We must also thank you for liaising with Surrey Ambulance Service with the arrangements of the coffin drape, hat and standard bearer. Everything went without a hitch. ***** would have been proud.  Your drivers and ushers were perfect and so helpful on the day. Myself and my wife were in the first car and we even had a giggle with the driver and usher (not sure of proper title) she was lovely and caring and got us all organised.  We really cannot fault any of the service we received. Everything was done in a professional manner which definitely helped us on a difficult day.

I feel I must write and thank Lodge Brothers for the truly excellent and sympathetic way they handled and arranged all aspects of the funeral for my dear wife. It could not have been better done.  I am also indebited to you for the introduction to Reverend Lynn Bowden a truly kind and sympathetic lady from St Mary’s Oatlands so much so that since the funeral I have attended her church regulary and will continue to do so.  I can not close without mentioning the two ladies in your office in Weybridge- Jackie and Jane. They also could not have been more helpful and sympathetic at this very sad and distressing time. Once again my grateful thanks to you all at Lodge Brothers
