On behalf of the family can I take this opportunity to say thank you very much for providing your services in connection with my late husband. The loss of my husband came unexpectedly and all your staff (particularly Jackie at your Weybridge office) ably supported us through what was obviously a very difficult and sad period. At all times, your people were both professional and supportive when dealing with the various aspects of the funeral arrangements. We were also very happy with the location of the funeral service (Woking Crematorium) and the services provided by Mrs Vivienne Donnithorne the humanist and Mr Cliff Butler (Kestrelcreative) who created and arranged printing of the order of service.  Finally, please pass on my grateful thanks to all your staff who were involved in looking after my husband, both before and on the day of his funeral.

Thank you so much for all your help beforehand and the support of your team on the day of the funeral.　 All went very well, as expected, and we had a few more people attend the service than expected.　 Lyn Kilbane was fantastic and is a very lovely supportive lady.  *** would have loved the service, it was just right for her.
