The sentiments in this are honestly what I feel about how you dealt with my husband and I from the first phone call I just wanted to let you know I hope you are proud of the support, care and service you offer. As I said in your office “It takes special people to do this kind of work” Thank you to a special group who really do make life and death easier. Never having had to organise a funeral before, the thought of planning my beloved husband’s was daunting. However, they were patient, kind and caring, striking exactly the right balance between friendly and professional.

They paid meticulous attention to detail and carefully listened to all my requests, guiding me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased I went to them. I would not only recommend them, I would say hand on heart they were the only people who could have given my husband and I the support we both required. The funeral service for my husband was a fitting tribute and celebration of his life.
