We just wanted to thank you all so much for the wonderful and professional service we received from you with regard to the arrangement of our mother’s funeral.
We found Graham, Carol and Pat to be very warm, sympathetic and courteous as well as highly efficient and professional in the arrangement of the funeral.  The staff on the day were very considerate, discreet and professional.
The day went off perfectly.  The flowers (also arranged through Lodge Brothers) were beautiful.  The route followed by the cars along the riverside and parkland in the sunshine with trees in spectacular autumn colour and deer in the park was wonderful and unforgettable.
The service at the Crematorium conducted by the Revd. Malcolm Johnson went off perfectly – we were very pleased with all decisions taken with regard to the music and the choice of hymns and readings.  The Order of Service, organised very quickly by Cliff Butler was also very pleasing and a great memento of the occasion.
All in all, we have been very pleased with the complete service supplied by Lodge Brothers.
