The day was perfect: without qualification. Having Paul organise everything at an operational level was exceptionally lucky for us. I just wanted to say what a most excellent job Paul and the team did on Wednesday. We really appreciated their sensitivity and kindness and the lovely manner they had with everyone, especially the pall bearers.
They managed the crematorium section with the same professionalism but were very personable and showed interest in my father. It was great that Paul took the time to phone the night before to check through some bits and to give me an opportunity to raise queries and concerns.
Your recommended printer did a great job. And you Carol were very helpful when we first met you in Molesey to plan everything.
