I would just like to say how grateful I am for all that you did for my mum with the funeral. It was a lovely service and your company did a fantastic job of organising it. Malcolm was lovely and put us so much at ease, it was like talking to a friend. The way he conducted the service was wonderful and I had so much feedback regarding it. Not to mention how we were treated when we came to you to organise it. You were really kind and compassionate. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for the impeccable funeral arrangements for my daughter J. Such care and attention was shown. Victoria gave me such strength. I can’t thank you enough. The Reverend Alex Munro conducted a beautiful Church service, even the rain stopped. Thank you everyone.

The funeral went really well.  Beverley looked so smart, and she gave us a couple of flowers from the tributes, which was lovely.  E**** would have been very pleased with everything.

Dear Chris,
We went to tidy the grave of my dearest husband and found the beautiful stone has been erected. It is so beautifully written and designed. It stands out from all the others. We are proud that it is turned out to be very good and thank you and your team for their cooperation and kindness showed to us. The team who work in your office are fantastic, they have a kind voice and wonderful way of speaking which put me at ease straight away. In particular you were able to make the last minute changes thoughtfully and correctly for me. All my family loves it and more over they are all happy for me because I am so particular.  My husband would really like it too. It brought tears to my eyes. Excellent job.
