To everyone at Lodge Bros. in East Molesey. My daughters and I would like to thank you very much for arranging the funeral of my husband and for dealing with us in such a kind and sympathetic way. The ladies in your office were efficient and patient and made a difficult process much easier than anticipated. We were grateful for your recommendation of Malcolm Cook, who conducted the commemorative service very well, and just as we had asked. It was also very nice to meet Mr. Lodge who was extremely kind to us on the day putting us at our ease outside the crematorium and ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout the service. The flowers for the coffin were perfect and we were so glad that you had given us the details of the florists at Longacres in Shepperton. We met Jane and her team beforehand and were able to choose exactly the flowers and colours that we had in mind. The end result was just as we wanted. Thank you all again.

Dear Carole, Pat and the rest of the Lodge Brothers team, a huge thank you from the  family for making the organising of my brothers funeral a breeze.  Nothing was too much trouble, all changes (even last minute ones) accommodated with a smile and any issues dealt with sensitively.  On the day Paul was just superb! Everything from the hearse, the flowers, the staff etc was absolutely perfect.  The horse drawn hearse in particular was literally breathtaking and a thanks to the horses ‘Bob’ and ‘Knight’ who gracefully carried my brother to the crematorium.  I must say that Emma Curtis, our celebrant was also superb so you may want to recommend her in the future.  Thank you from us all.

Everyone was complimentary about the funeral arrangements and I was very pleased with everything. The fact that the funeral went so well was a comfort to me at a difficult time.

Thank you very much for helping us through a traumatic time.  Paul was really nice and gently managed and took charge of the funeral and I want to say a very special thank you to him.  Pat, Carol and everyone from Lodge Brothers have all been lovely.  It was a difficult experience but you all made it easier.

Please thank everyone at Lodge Brothers who was involved in my mother’s funeral. The organisation was excellent, and it all ran smoothly at a time that was obviously difficult for us.

The funeral was really, really well done.  Robert and his team did a brilliant job and the sad day went as well as it could have done.
