I am writing to say thank you to everyone who was involved in the funeral arrangements for the Late *********. The two men who came to the house were very gentle and caring when they collected her. Lindsay at Shepperton was very professional and proficient in her job and also very compassionate towards us whilst making the arrangements. Jeffrey who was with her at Shepperton was also very understanding and I am sure he will become a funeral arranger to the standard your company expects. The drivers and men on the day were immaculate in their uniform and showed respect at the highest level and the vehicles were so clean and showed very high standards which do credit to your Company, Finally I come to yourself, thank you Andrew (Lodge) for your care and dedication to a task which must be difficult at times, it was much appreciated by us all and you should be rightly proud of the Company.
