May we offer our blessing and delight at the beautiful new headstones and area at the Sister’s Of Mercy grave site at Sedgley. What a difference, also ensuring a greater dignity to the sisters. One other thing I’d like to thank you or one of the workmen, an elderly lady told me this morning (post this email) that while she was trying to walk the path the other day when the workers were there, a very kind young man could see her struggle and offered her his arm to ensure her safety which I think is a wonderful gesture.

On behalf of my Sister, Brother & myself, I would just like to thank you and all your team behind the scenes for the splendid service we have received re our Father’s memorial. You have a made a wonderful job of the stone itself, but also, the swift and professional service from start to finish, from all of you, has been first class.

Dear Mr Lodge, Thank you for completing the work in record time. I really appreciate it. I have already sent you a cheque for the balance due. I just want to say that my family has turned to your company ever since my mother died in 1952. You arranged the transport of my father’s body from Chichester to Feltham cemetery when he died in 1990 and the interment of my step mother’s ashes in 1973 into the same grave in ****** cemetery. Now alas for me it is my brother’s turn to be memorialised on the same grave, prematurely for him. The space that is left on the plaque is intended for my name.  I admire the way your company does business in such a delicate and sensitive arena.

I just had to write and express my deep and sincere gratitude to you personally and indeed to all those at Lodge Bros for pulling out the stops in getting the stonework in place in such a short time. More than that I went up there today and saw it for the first time, not only is it all I had originally hoped for but all the better for the recommendations you and Mark had gently offered, I’m glad I listened and took heed of your knowledge and experience. I sent the pictures on to my sister-in-law and her words were “looks perfect”, I can’t tell you how much that means to me.

I write to say how delighted we are with all the memorials you have done for us, and how impressed I have been with the helpfulness shown by you and all of your various staff I have dealt with. The service has been superb.

Thank you so much for the new concrete base that you provided for my father’s memorial. I visited the cemetery yesterday and felt a real sense of joy at what a great job has been done on the memorials of both my father and mother. The service I have received from Lodge Bros has been excellent ever since I first walked into your Chertsey shop and discussed what I wanted with Helen. What I have received is worth every penny and I would not hestitate to recommend you to anyone.
